“Success is not a destination, it’s a journey”

“For me success is not a destination, but a journey of constantly learning and improving. Success is impossible without commitment. If I hadn’t kept on working on my business, even when I didn’t make any money, I would never have arrived at this point. You need perseverance and you must avoid focusing on what doesn’t work. In the beginning it’s all about testing and trying, again and again. It takes time and experience to find out what works. Sometimes it seems easier to say ‘it doesn’t work’, but what do we do when our washing machine breaks down? We fix it. And we should do the same in our professional life. Try to understand what went wrong, learn from it and fix it.
